首次采集到雪豹影像 至少有两只
四年的坚持不懈，四川王朗国家级自然保护区高山动物监测终获重大成果，暨首次采集到狼的影像资料后，再采集到雪山之王——雪豹的影像资料。红外相机拍摄到的一张照片中，首次出境的雪山之王镜头感十足，双目圆睁紧盯镜头。
10日，成都商报－红星新闻记者从四川王朗国家级自然保护区获悉，今年9月9日，监测队员在回收的高山红外相机数据中，惊喜发现放置于洋洞沟海拔4200米左右的14台相机中有5台相机采集到雪豹的影像，后经斑点对比，确定5台相机中拍摄到至少两只雪豹个体，其中一只确定为雄性，说明该区域有一定的种群数量。
5台相机分别于2021年7月3日、7月6日、8月19日拍摄到雪豹身影。回收的数据显示该区域有大量的岩羊、喜马拉雅旱獭、羚牛，同时采集到梅花鹿、小麂、鬣羚等食草动物活动影像，为顶级雪豹、赤狐等食肉动物提供了充足的食物来源，也证实了该区域食物链的完整性。
此次采集的雪豹影像是四川王朗国家级自然保护区首次记录到该物种，也是岷山中部核心区首次采集到该物种分布信息及影像资料。接下来保护区将针对该物种的分布、种群数量及繁殖进行系统的、长期的监测，为种群的恢复和有效保护提供科学依据和支撑。
