郑州希岸酒店趁暴雨涨价到2888元 被罚50万
7月22日，郑州高铁站希岸酒店涨价到2888引发关注，郑州市场监管局执法稽查支队迅速出击，快速立案调查。经调查，市民反映情况基本属实，该酒店属于哄抬价格行为。按照《中华人民共和国价格法》有关规定，郑州希岸酒店高铁站店涉嫌利用其他手段，推动价格过快、过高上涨。鉴于郑州希岸酒店高铁站店能主动道歉并挽回社会影响，郑州市市场监督管理局给予郑州希岸酒店高铁站店（河南德悦轩酒店管理有限公司）50万元的处罚告知。
在此，郑州市市场监管局郑重警告：希望全市所有宾馆酒店及所有经营者，在抗汛救灾的关键时刻要承担社会责任，做到严格自律、依法经营，明码标价、规范经营，履行承诺、诚信经营。对发现的借机涨价、随意涨价等哄抬价格行为，市场监管部门将坚决依法从重从快查处，并提请有关部门实施联合惩戒。
