国家防总工作组赴河南新乡 现场协调组织被洪水围困村庄救援
21日20时至22日15时，河南省新乡市北中部遭受大暴雨、特大暴雨。国家防总秘书长、应急管理部副部长兼水利部副部长周学文率应急、水利、住建、卫健委等部门组成的国家防总工作组，于22日赴新乡协助指导防汛救灾工作。
受强降雨影响，22日新乡市多条河流超保，卫辉市良相坡蓄滞洪区前稻田村、后稻田村遭洪水围困。工作组赶赴现场后，与河南省政府主要负责同志一同协调组织被困村民救援，从中央防汛抗旱物资储备郑州仓库中紧急调拨40艘冲锋舟，协调应急管理部自然灾害工程应急救援中心（中国安能）2套动力舟桥前来支援。当日，上述力量即抵达救援现场。工作组还现场查看了新乡市高铁站被淹、城区内涝、卫河汛情等情况。
