今日夏至丨夏日之至，愿你清凉舒适一整个夏天
夏至是二十四节气之一，
每年公历6月21日或22日
视太阳运行至黄经90度为夏至，
此时太阳直射地面的位置到达一年的最北端。
不过，夏至不热，
“夏至三庚数头伏”。
中国古人将夏至分为三候：
一候鹿角解，二候蝉始鸣，三候半夏生。
夏至还是民间重要的传统节日——“夏至节”。
民间有祭神祀祖、消夏避伏、
吃面条、食粽子等习俗。
夏日之至，
只愿清风送你清凉，
雨露送你润爽，鸟唱送你欢畅，
愿你清凉舒适一整个夏天。
