越来越多的在职人员知道了学历的重要性，有很多人想要报考在职研究生，所以就很想知道在职研究生含金量比较高的有哪几种?
同等学力申硕
申硕考试只允许拿到本科学历以及学士学位满3年时间的学员参加，该考试的报名是在每年3月进行，考试是在每年5月举行，当考试成绩合格了，并完成论文的编写，通过答辩后，才能拿到硕士学位证书。
其中研修班课程只要有大专学历就可报名，通过报考院校的审核之后就可以直接到校进行相关课程的学习了，但是有一点要注意，只有结业证。
专业硕士
专业硕士是受到国家认可的，通过入学考试后就可以进行相关课程的学习，而入学考试有全国联考和复试，全国联考是国家统一命题的，而复试是学校组织的，学校会根据联考和复试的综合成绩进行择优录取。
中外合作
中外合作只要参加报考学校组织安排的面试或笔试，并且是没有复试的想要报考，中外合作办学是国外的院校与国内院校合作开办的，在毕业后可以拿到国外院校的硕士学位证书和国内学校的结业证书，或国内外两所学校的硕士学位证书。
