二、附加材料（特别申请必须提供）

■ 研究课题（中英文各一份）
■ 推荐信两封
■ 其它研习经历
■ 奖励荣誉
■ 英语等级考试证明

学制:

■ 3-5年（在职研修）

费用标准:

■ 报名费: 2000元;
■ 学籍注册费: 8000元;
■ 论文辅导费: 20000元;
■ 学费:149000(涉及论文翻译及印刷费、签证手续费、游学期间的食宿费、交通费、以及国外交流考察学习费用，由学员自理)

学籍注册:

■ 学生面试确认录取后，统一进行学籍注册。注册完成后，发放学生号码(student ID)、注册信、学生证等相关材料

■ 深圳市南山区华中科技大学深圳产学研基地

毕业论文:

■ 论文语言：中文，需翻译成英文提交学校审核存档
■ 答辩地点：中国

学位授予:

■ 马来西亚城市大学颁发《工商管理博士学位证书及成绩单》
