在职硕士研究生学位国家承认吗？
在职研究生学位既授予个人的一种研究生学术称号或学术性荣誉称号，表示其受教育的程度或在某一学科领域里已经达到研究生的水平，或是表彰其在某一领域中所做出的杰出贡献。由具备授予资格的高等学校、科学研究机构或国家授权的其它学术机构、审定机构授予。在职研究生学位称号终身享有，该学位与统招研究生硕士学位具有相同的法律效益。
在职硕士研究生学位是自己学识和能力达到一定水平的证明。报名者通过这种边工作边学习的方式进修，不仅会接触到所报专业的最前沿高端知识，还能提升自己的专业技能，只有学习合格者才能在最后顺利毕业，获得硕士学位证书，从而表明自己的专业知识和能力达到了相应的水平，是对自己学习成果的肯定。
